COLOR BLOCKING!!

So today i decided to embark on putting a few imaginations in writing...out with the dull,in with the brights,i'm talking color,color and more color...nowadays am obsessed with bright colors,i see orange and i melt,i see yellow and i literally stare...i want color and more color..#ineedawardrobechange...just as a by the way:)
I managed to get a a few images from the net on color blocking.Hope it can give yall ideas of how to pair that top and bottom that you think could not go well together coz they are both bright colors...enjoy!

My Fav is the simple look;A vest top,skinny jeans,statement necklace,heels and the jacket.Pair it best way you know how just don't forget to ROLL UP THE SLEEVES:)

So my brother's friend,Kathy Kiema,took it upon herself to write an article on the bohemian chic..and i felt i should share it with all yall.Shez right when she poses that first question and the answer thereafter..most people have the habit of answering casual everything....so read on and am sure you'll love the post just as much as i did:)

DAMN those shoes....

Everyone who knows me well knows am a lover of shoes...cant resist and still purchasing..with this craving i have for more and more shoes,i couldn't go one more day without featuring a few of the ones i love and somehow wish they were on my shoe rack...most are from blogs and fashion sites.

                    Animal print..what can i say.I don't own a pair but I plan on owning one before end of this year.They can be worn with basically anything and the platform on the above makes it comfortable,well,for sometime:)

 These platform heels on Alicia are gorg but doubt they are comfortable.Love the stripes on it..wouldn't mind a pair only with a lower heel...

 Polka dot..timeless and effortlessly chic.I love love polka...i had a pair of shoes with polka dot once(wore for my grad 09')but they got worn out and i had to dispose off of them:(..plans are underway to purchase another pair.Haven't just found one that fits yet.

 The colors on this pair just liv me wanting a pair of these..The blue is hott and the glad itself is sexy..gotta love this!

 Patent grey heels..I love this pair coz for sure i know they are comfortable.I owe a red pair tho' velvet but similar *but i dont say*..hihihi.

 This pair caught my eye coz of its uniqueness and the simplicity...the design stands out from the usual black pairs you'd see around.Love it:)

 Studs,Print,Color,Comfort..all in one shoe.As much as am not a fun of white when it comes to shoes,this pair really did it for me..*sigh*

 The colors on this shoe and the uniqueness drew me to this pair simply because is speaks for itself...dont you all agree?

You'll never ever go wrong with black and white..this pair is obviously comfortable for all the heel lovers,clearly..and they look great!

She inspires me with her all white everything ensembles..She pulls each and every outfit quite well and ensures its fit for the occassion.Had to capture her coz i admire her style...would love to ape this but oh well..we all know this is next to impossible given the kind of country we live in..with the dust and all...hmm..

                          Love her hair..love the accessories..goes sooo well with the white.

                                    The maxi white suits her..makes her look divine.

BET 2011..what they wore..

 Amber Rose and  Wiz Kalifa-After Kanye then this?really??Amber should have done better in my opinion.I kept wondering if she was dating anymore or decided to take a break but from BET it was clear to me she moved on and pretty 1st if you ask me.The outfits..too shabby in my opinion.She'd have done far much better.BOTH Y'ALL SHOULD HAVE DONE BETTER!!

Mary J.Blige-This is one diva who through the years all i can see in her is someone who has refused to accept her age..and am not saying she should act old...Her performances are full of energy.Maybe that explains her fit physique.Love the look.keep doing your thing!!
Nelly-Talk of smart casual.Simple and straight to the point.Relaxed look,awesome combination.

Chris Brown-I wasn't able to get a full up-close pic of Chris but trust me its like he was home,waiting to receive an award and all he did was wear socks and sneaks and took off.He wore shorts,long socks and red sneaks.Too too casual in my opinion.His performance,i loved..good thing hes quite talented.A performer and entertainer..you dont get that in one day.kudos Chris!!

 E.V.E-What can i say...love the long side sweep pony:)Would love to try that some day.As for your look,i'll let the audience comment.

Idris Elba-This is one yummy gentle man..his style,his physique..almost everything about him takes me to places..(am not into dark but he is an exemption)...looking 'fwine' i  must admit.

I love Kelly.Loved her since Destiny's and love her now..her performance..one word-ECCENTRIC!!she did her thing best way she knew how and left me speechless.Love the fuschia dress with the ruffles and everything.Looking slam Kelly:)..is that even a word..(well it is in my dictionary..lol!)

Megan Good-Love watching her in movies.She does her thing quite well.Shez one sexy chick(dont get me wrong..am straight) and i love her style.I however felt she took it too far with her gown.C'mon Good,this is just BET,dont u think this is too much ...for the grammys maybe but BET..ah ah..Just sain!

Michelle Williams-Purple is royalty but oh well,i wouldn't be caught in such a dress.I am more into fitting dresses.She however looks great and to top that up she went for gold glads.wise choice i must say.

Tracee Ellis Rose-the red platform heels...*sigh*..gotta love them and the lace dress,you pulled the whole look quite well.Always wanted a lace dress...imma get me one of those real soon..watch this space:)

Willow and Jaden Smith-Talk of parents giving their children too much freedom.Catch my kids dead in these outifts...just think kids should be kids.The stuff Willow wears..aiih..one is left wondering,is how?yall feel me?They however are talented hence the youngsters award they got.Will and Jada were and are proud parents..guess the freedom pays off in oh so many other ways....
